Sketch

It all starts with a first contact, the visit to the site, the description of the project to elaborate the main lines of the program and its objectives. We then enter a phase of permanent exchanges with our customers.
We then make a Sketch file based on the plans of the existing ones, then grouping plans, 3D models, trend boards and mock-ups.
Once the sketch is validated, we work on a Preliminary Project Designs that includes the precision of the program, the more detailed plans including the positioning of the technical elements, the 3D models that introduce perspective, colors and materials.
Finally, we finalize this step by compiling a Detailed Project Designs file that includes the precise plans and elevations of the project with the finalized 3D visuals, the choice of colors and materials decided, the development of construction systems, the provisional planning and the estimated budget.


Project

Then comes the Project which is a file consisting of detailed plans and cross sections of the building (scale 1/100), detailed plans of bespoke furniture (scale 1/50) and the detailed list of furniture descriptions and materials.
This step makes it possible to constitute a Business Consultation File grouping lot by lot the detailed plans of the project to disseminate them to our craftsmen, companies and suppliers and launch a Call for Tenders . We then draw up a summary table of the offers and we assist you in the selection and choice of companies.
We organize a first meeting with the companies selected to set up the organization and then the Construction Site Follow-up with one or two meetings per week depending on the complexity of the project. We accompany you until the Site Sign-Off , the report of the works and the lifting of reservations.
We remain in contact with you to ensure the quality of services in the the long term.

With our partners, suppliers, antique dealers, we can search for pieces of furniture and decorations corresponding to your interior.


Bespoke Furniture

Faced with a great sensitivity to materials, shapes, details and a great experience in the design of furniture, we can draw unique pieces responding to aesthetic and functionality made for your project. We design and have our partner craftsmen make the pieces of furniture.
